Variety of Finishes

- Glossy – The glossy finish makes the boxes reflective and shiny.
- Matte – This finish provides the boxes with a softer and smoother look. It is also non-reflective.
- Soft Touch – This type of finish feels like velvet. It is also similar to the matte finish.
- Satin – Satin finish provides the rigid boxes with a semi-shiny surface. Its look is between glossy and matte.

Various Coating Options
Rigid boxes have printed designs. To protect the prints from scratches, fingerprints, and dirt, various coatings can be added such as:
Lamination – This process is done by putting a clear plastic film such as polypropylene to the printed designs. There are different types of laminations such as glossy and matte lamination. Lamination can provide maximum protection. It can also enhance the appearance of your rigid box.
Aqueous Varnish – Aqueous varnish is a water-based coating. It is applied to the box to help the ink seal. There are different kinds of aqueous varnishes such as soft touch and UV varnish. Glossy or matte aqueous varnishes are also available.

Color System Options for Printing
Pantone Matching System – This color system is pre-mixed colors. It is also called PMS or Pantone. When use for printing, they have high color accuracy and consistency. If your design’s colors must be printed perfectly every time, choose Pantone colors.
CMYK – Because CMYK uses less ink generally, it is a common choice for rigid packaging boxes. CMYK is a color system made up of 4 main inks which are combined together to get your desired color. The main colors are Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and (Black) Key.

Telescope Lids
Telescope rigid packaging boxes have different types such as:
