Greeting Card Production
DESIGNING
Our research & marketing department and creative department work together to generate a new card. We have in-house creative staff such as editors, photographers, artists, and graphic designers. They provide verses and drawings featured on the card.
PRODUCTION PREPARATION AND GRAPHIC DESIGN
Once the designs are approved for production, our technical assistant team and graphic artist translate scrawled words and artworks. They will resize the artwork to fit in a card, combine the right images, and add colors on the top.
CREATES PRINTING PLATES
The plates are developed by laser exposure and operate through a machine. Each color requires specific printing plates
PRINTING A CARD
Our professional team carefully checks the imprint based on the quality standard. We use sheet-fed offset printing that generally runs up to 400,000. It allows the printer to print up to 20,000 sheets per hour.
CUTTING AND PACKAGING
After drying the card, it will be individually cut by a die cutter. A die cutter is inserted with sheets and cut in one stroke. Then, the unfolded card will send to the folding machine.
