EVA Foam Inserts
Golden Idea manufactures EVA form inserts in different colors. You can choose from grey, black, white, and more. EVA inserts are perfect for cardboard and rigid gift boxes or paper boxes. We can custom-design this insert for your specific packaging needs.
For rigid paper boxes, we use white-colored EVA inserts on the top. At the bottom, black EVA foam is used.
Blister Inserts(Thermo-formed Tray)
Custom rigid boxes often used blister or thermo-formed inserts. It is also ideal for cosmetic paper boxes. This insert secures and steadily holds the items inside the box. The thickness may vary depending on the size of the item that it holds. We offer inserts from 0.2mm up to 1.0mm thick. Thermo-formed tray insert can be transparent, black, or white.
For a rigid box, the insert needs to be 0.77mm thick. It is ideal for pharmaceutical product packaging and more. You can ensure that we are using environmental-friendly materials in making this insert.
Micro Flute Corrugated Board Inserts
Golden Idea provides micro flute corrugated board inserts for multiple applications. You can use this insert for cosmetic paper boxes and retail product packaging. We are manufacturing micro flute corrugated board inserts in 1mm to 2mm(E and F flute). For keeping bottled products safe, this insert is ideal for you.
For perfume paper boxes, a white micro flute corrugated board insert is recommended. Black color insert is used for cosmetics.
